Shipping policy

It is our policy to charge as little as necessary for shipping charges. We seek only to cover the cost of the packing / packaging materials and the cost of postage; we do not seek to make a profit on this service.

We will package your items as securely as possible in our effort to prevent any damages occurring upon the parcel's departure from our store. 

We will always strive to post your parcel on the first business day following receipt of your order. However, this may be delayed by a day or two if we are awaiting additional stock deliveries that are required to fulfill your order. If there is going to be a delay of more than 3 business days we will contact you by email with more information about the reason for the delay and when we expect to be able to ship your order. 

Verifying Your Shipping Address 

Please always be sure to closely verify the shipping address you provide is correct. We will not be held responsible for sending your items to an incorrect address that is provided by you. We keep records of all shipping labels and can match them against the addresses provided; if we make a mistake we will do our best to offer a solution to make it right for you. 

Shipping Charges

As of 3 June 2020 we discovered there was a problem within our shipping profiles that was causing difficulties when calculating shipping charges at check out. We apologise for not finding this sooner. However, it has now been resolved. Please see below our more clearly defined shipping policy.

All non-sterling silver products will fall into this category. At check out you can choose either First Class post for £4.99, Second Class post for $3.95, or FREE in-store pick up if you order is less than £40.00. If your order is £40.00 or greater you will qualify for FREE Second Class post. 

If you are ordering from our collection of sterling silver jewellery these items are sent via Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail directly from our supplier. We collect their shipping charge of £3.95 and then pay it to them when placing your order.
