Returns Policy
At White Orchard we want to make every aspect of your shopping experience as easy as possible, and this includes returns. We will diligently check all items for any defects before sending them out. However, in the event your item(s) arrive to you damaged we will refund the cost of shipping for you to send it back to us and process your refund upon receipt of the damaged item.
If you decide you do not want the item for other reasons you are welcome to return it to the store at no cost or you can send it back to us at your cost and we will refund the purchase price of the item. If we were a larger business with higher profit margins we could and would offer prepaid labels for you to return everything, but unfortunately, we are only a small shop doing the best we can to make the returns process as easy as possible without losing a lot of money return postage costs. We pray you understand our position.
We do not charge any restocking fees and will also do our very best to process any returns as quickly as possible, usually the same day they arrive. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long the bank takes to return the money to your account but we will always endeavor to complete our part of the refund process the day the item arrives back at our premises.
