At White Orchard we want to make every aspect of your shopping experience as easy as possible, and this includes returns. We will diligently check all items for any defects before sending them out. However, in the event your item(s) arrive to you damaged we will supply a free return shipping label and process your refund upon receipt of the damaged item.
If you decide you do not want the item for other reasons you are welcome to return it to the store at no cost or you can send it back to us at your cost and we will refund the purchase price of the item.
We do not charge any restocking fees and will also do our very best to process any returns as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long the bank takes to return the money to your account but we will always endeavor to complete our part of the process the day the item arrives back at our premises.
